Please choose your items carefully, returns will be accepted as long as they arrive back in perfect condition, but any returns due to any reason other than quality issues will be subject to a 50% handling fee.
 
ALL items are posted first class with the post office, and a signature will be required on delivery.
If delivery can not be made for any reason, the post office should leave a card through your letterbox, and your item will be held at the address shown on the card.
 
On occasions we have found that the item will be taken to your NEAREST post office, not necessarily the largest in your region.
 
Should items be returned to us due to delivery failure, we reserve the right to request postage be paid again prior to us sending again. We will however contact you to inform you of the situation, and check that address details are correct.
